Responsibilities and Duties
- Location : Bengaluru
- Position: Member – PMO
- Vistrian carries out product development and customer based support. The tracking is done using Jira and other project management tools.
- Platform: Project Management tools (Jira) and other tracking and reporting tools
- Database: MSSQL, MySQL required. Time Series and NoSQL are a plus
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience interacting with teams and updating customer trackers.
- Working knowledge of Tracking tools like Jira
- Generating customer-based tracking reports
- Helping PMs track priority and adjust the sequence of work for each person
- Able to understand the product usage from a user perspective
- Good Verbal and written communication skills
