Responsibilities and Duties
- Location : Bengaluru
- Position: Software Engineer (Support)
- Vistrian products require installation and Support while enabling for each customer with on-premises installations.
- This is for first-time configurability and any updates that are requested.
- Customer instances are also monitored on a real-time basis as part of managed services.
- Role will require good programming expertise and interfacing with various elements to automate the installation and support functions
- Computer Languages: C++, C#, .Net Core, Python, NodeJS,Javascripts, JSON/XML
- Platform: Windows, Linux
- Database: MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL (Any SQL DBs)
- Candidates should have between 2 to 4 years of experience with hands on experience in creating tools.
- Be able to interact with Windows Services, Web services, SQL jobs and services and automate installation and monitoring
- Have knowledge of NodeJS, Javascript, and any open source tools to be able to get and display monitoring data from various sources
- Be able to replicate and create tools for any new modules that get added
- Tools to help with migration and load balancing of services on multi-server environments
- Experience with cloud deployments
- Good Verbal and written communication skills
